1. Grrr… – Disney+ Hotstar
This Malayalam survival comedy tells the tale of a heartbroken and drunk man who enters a lion’s den in a zoo. The zoo guard tries to save him but ends up getting in trouble as well. What ensues next is an error of comedies that goes viral on news channels. The movie stars Kunchacko Boban and Suraj Venjaramoodu in lead roles.
2. GG Precinct – Netflix
A spin-off to Marry My Dead Body, this Thai series follows squad members of GG Precinct who try to track down a serial killer by solving a series of Chinese idioms left behind as clues. The ensemble cast of the series includes Greg Hsu, Gingle Wang, Ma Nien-hsien and Flower Chen, among others.
3. Drive-Away Dolls – JioCinema
Drive-Away Dolls is a comedy movie that delves into the lives of two women, Jamie and Marian, who embark on a trip to Tallahassee to start a new life; however, an unexpected encounter with a group of criminals derails their plan.
4. Blink Twice – Theatres
Thispsychological thriller follows a tech billionaire who invites a co*cktail waitress named Frida to join him on his private island for a party with his friends. The latter accepts the invite, but their wild getaway takes a dramatic turn when strange and unexpected things happen on the island. What ensues next forms the main crux of the story. Channing Tatum, Naomi Ackie, Christian Slater, and Simon Rex headline this movie.
5. Pop Star Academy: KATSEYE – Netflix

6. Angry Young Men – Amazon Prime Video
Angry Young Men is a three-part docu series that celebrates the journey of iconic screenwriting duo Salim Khan and Javed Akhtar, who split in 1982 after working on nearly 24 projects together. The docuseries also includes interviews of family members and people close to the iconic duo of Salim-Javed such as Amitabh Bachchan, Farhan Akhtar, Salman Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Karan Johar, and others.
7. Incoming – Netflix
Incoming is a coming-of-the-age movie that focuses on four high-school freshmen who find themselves entangled in a complicated situation just before their first high-school party.
8. Terror Tuesday: Extreme – Netflix
Inspired by Thai horror radio show Angkhan Khlumpong, this newly arrived horror anthology Thai series includes eight stories based on horrifying real-life experiences. Other new OTT releases to watch this weekend are Angry Young Men, GG Precinct, Kalki 2898 AD and many more.
9. The Crow – Theatres
A modern re-imagining of the 1994 classic movie of the same name, this gothic supernatural movie tells the story of a talented musician named Eric, who is killed along with his fiancée Shelly. As the plot progresses, the former receives an opportunity to protect his fiancée by sacrificing himself. What does he do next? The movie stars Bill Skarsgård and FKA Twigs in pivotal roles.
10. Raayan – Amazon Prime Video
Headlined by Dhanush, this intense action thriller follows a simple young man who sets out on a mission to track down and punish the ones responsible for the murder of his family members. The path takes him into the dark underbelly of the criminal underworld. The Tamil movie also features S. J. Suryah, Selvaraghavan, Kalidas Jayaram, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar and Prakash Raj, among others. This is another exhilarating title on the list of new OTT releases to watch this weekend.
11. Wyatt Earp and the Cowboy War – Netflix
This weekend’s list of OTT releases includes a binge-worthy historical docuseries titled Wyatt Earp and the Cowboy War. As the title suggests, it sheds light on the epic feud between lawman Wyatt Earp and a cowboy named Clanton, which ended up with an era-defining gun fight.
12. Pachinko Season 2 – Apple TV+
Here’s another exciting K-drama on the list of new OTT releases to watch this weekend that deserves a spot on your watchlist. Titled Pachinko Season 2, the new season of the K-drama focuses on the four generations of a Korean immigrant family, from 1915 to 1989, who face several challenges after leaving their homeland. The K-drama based on Min Jin Lee’s 2017 novel, which is the same name, stars Lee Min-ho, Youn Yuh-jung, Jin Ha, Han Jun-woo, and Jung Eun-chae, among others.

Kalki 2898 AD is a sci-fi thrillerthat stars Prabhas,Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan,and Disha Patani in lead roles. Set in the dystopian city of Kasi, the movie focuses on an ancient prophecy that mentions the return of Lord Vishnu in his final avatar to launch a war against evil (Supreme Yaskin).
